Hi, I'm Crosby!

My name is Candace Crosby and I am a licensed Realtor in South Carolina including Callawassie Island, Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head and anywhere in between.  

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2003 with a double major in Psychology and Environmental Science.  I then proceeded to work in sales for two Fortune 500 companies. Six years ago we decided to move from Metro Atlanta back to the Lowcountry where my husband was born and raised.  I immediately fell in love with the lifestyle of this area and am blessed to call it my forever home.  In 2019 I began working for Coastal Real Estate Solutions II as a Sales Coordinator and am thrilled to have been a top producing Realtor on their team since 2021, listing and selling over $13,000,000 in the past 2 years throughout the Lowcountry.

We moved to Callawassie Island June, 2024. We started our exploration of the Low Country early in May 2023. Candace listened to us and all the different visions of perfection.
